Registration not triggering email to verify

Re: fhcsolution.co.uk, the page registration,php is submitting the form but no longer seems to be triggering the verification email. Not sure if this is to do with the problem I had last week - any chance you could see why not triggering. Many thanks as always (assume you still have ftp info?

I tested the page 3 times. The email sent 2 of them and failed the 3rd. I'm not sure why. Do you have access to your email server SMTP error logs?

It appears the code on the page is fine, but the SMTP server is rejecting the emails occasionally. I feel like the SMTP server error logs will be your best route to track down why.

Thanks Ray. I would have no idea where to find the smtp error logs! Where might they be?

All I know is it was working beautifully and now it won't send. Have tried using a couple different addresses.

I was asked by client IT company to add a CNAME record this morning and remove an existing one - might something like that have something to do with it maybe?

It is possible. I can only say that there isn't an issue with the php page since I got the emails and there are no updates to the page itself that seem necessary.

You can talk to your hosting provider to see if they can help you find your SMTP error logs.
