Can't Install in CC 2017

NO go on the basic install..

Installed via the DMXZone installer, tried the Adobe method, looks installed but looking for a directory that was not created in the install process.

Screen shots showing examples attached

Did you open up a page after installing from the DMXZone extension manager and let the secondary installer run?

That is what is odd.. I usually see the secondary install run automatically but on opening a php page this did not happen...

Well that is the crux of this problem. I wonder if the DMXZone installer didn't work properly. A lot of people reported issues with the latest update.

A potential solution that has worked is using the command line to install. A proper install should be followed by the secondary installer window. If that doesn't happen, then the problem was with the install. The Adobe Extension manager won't work since it doesn't recognize and isn't supported by the latest versions of Dreamweaver.

Same thing with the CS6 install... No secondary installer working automatically

Wait... CS6 is now installing on the secondary install (after I opened a page of course). CC2017 still not working

It doesn't look like you have opened a page. The secondary installer won't run until a page has been opened.

Is there any way to copy from CS6 install to CC2017?

Really sucks that your products are contingent on a competitors installer, which now seems to fail to install eCart :-(

Display Manager only inserts some text in the page as shown in the screens.
Latest Extension downloaded today and running CS6 since CC2017 is a no go.

Our products aren't contingent on the DMXZone installer. They can be installed command line with the Adobe installer which appears to be more consistent.

The insert issue you are having might be solved with a cache clear. If you want to post a US phone number or Skype contact information I'll do screen sharing with you to help you through the install.
