eCart checkout Wizard - Javascript Error - WA_SiteTools_ProgressV2.htm?

Hi,

Please see attached for screenshot of my error.

I have tried to delete my 'MacFileCache' file and even reset my workspace.

Every time I try and run the wizard to build my checkout I get this error?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I am running Mac and Dreamweaver CC 2017

Thank in advance.

That implies that the checkout form didn't get created properly. The "endMatch" it is looking for is the </form> tag. I'd have to work with you in a screen sharing session to properly debug this. Please post a US phone number or Skype contact information and I can set up a screen sharing session to debug this with you.

Thank you for your reply... in the end I decided to uninstall all the extensions and then re-install (as well as delete my config folder)... fixed this error but for some reason when I try and run now (Mac) it crashes and closes before completes

As a result I tried on 2 other computers ... and succeeded on a machine running the 2015 version of dreamweaver which i had not updated yet...

Seems eCart may have a few issues with cc 2017

Hopefully we can expect some updates soon?

Anyway.. thanks for your input.

I'm able to get it to work with CC 2017. If you have time to do a screen sharing session and allow me to debug on your machine I may be able to track down the problem.

I'm glad you have it working in the meantime.

Ray - I'm getting the same error mentioned above. I tried dumping the cache files and reinstalling the extension, but still the same error. DW CC2017. I have not upgraded to the most recent version of CC per the warnings on your site.

You can try deleting the WA_DMCFG.xml file from your WA_eCart directory. Then re-run the display manager on a test page before running the checkout wizard again.

Well, following your instructions, the 1st time through it froze just after starting to generate the files from the checkout wizard. The 2nd time, it crashed DW entirely. The third time, despite deleting the file and wiping out and recreating the checkout page, it ended up giving me the same error as before. :(

Can you give me a US phone number or Skype contact information? I'll set up screen sharing with you and see if we can figure out what is going on.
