CMS ordered and unordered list issues

I'm having a problem with the list in CMS. the "ol" and "ul" list seem to be fine in the CMS. however when I view them on the website the bullets and numbers don't show up. Any idea what could be causing this?

In your CSS file: /css/desktop.css line 1065 you have:

li {
list-style-type: none;
margin: 0 0 0 -7px;
padding: 0;
}

the list-style-type attribute is removing the bulleted list.
