html editor in product update page

I'm switching from a plain textarea to the html editor on my product update page. For some reason, the dynamic link for the Initial Value is not working. Can you please just tell me how to code this? Here is the code I used for the plain textarea:
<?php echo((isset($_GET["invalid"])?ValidatedField("FAQsupdate","answer_1"):"".$row_WADAFAQs["answer_1"]."")); ?>
I assume that somehow needs to get into this line of code in the html editor:
$CKEditor_initialValue = ""

$CKEditor_initialValue = "" .(isset($_GET["invalid"])?ValidatedField("FAQsupdate","answer_1"):"".$row_WADAFAQs["answer_1"]."")  ."";

That's it. Thanks Ray! I am getting a message that says: "It appears that one of your server-side values is improperly coded." - but it's still working. Should I just ignore that?

It can be particular about syntax. You could ignore it, but I've updated the code example above which should prevent the error.
