Can't re-activate despite resetting activations
I am having trouble re-activating my webassist software. I have entered my serial numbers correctly into the boxes and the green tick appears. However when I press the activate button I get a persistent error saying my serial number is incorrect. Having gone through this procedure a number of times including copying from the website and clearing all my activations in my account but I have got no further. I have uninstalled and re-installed Design Extender via the Extension Manager but get the same result. My system is Win10 64bit.
