Can't Login to Admin DB

The Login to our DB Admin has stopped working - had been working fine. Have not made any programming changes in a few months.
Checked DB table pcms2_users and it's all there and correct. Stumped. Our admins need to make site changes and are stuck.
A successful login brings you to http://outofchaos.net/gsc/www/admin.php
Logins and FTP creds attached. Please take a look. Thank you

It appears your server is having issues with setting session variables. You will have to have your server administrator look into it. It is usually an issue with the session_save_path set in the php.ini file either not existing or pointing to a folder that doesn't have the proper permissions.

Thanks for your clear, helpful answer and the test page. Our hosting provider took awhile, but finally fixed it. Thanks again!
