trigger condition to send mail needed...

Hello.... I was trying to create a mail message from a page with a form.... The problem is that page gets some fields from another page submitted to it before so if I use the trigger "any form post" ... I never see the page since it is redirected inmediatly to the final destination... the thank you page... without sending anything....
I attached the page so you can take a look to it... is a page built using the Bootstrap framework anyway.

I need some help with these please...

Give your button a name and a value and you will be able to use it as a trigger instead of any form post.
