Form checkbox list only returns one value

I have a contact us form built with FormBuilder. The checkbox list only returns one value, even if multiple items are checked. I added brackets after each checkbox name, but this returns a value of 'array'.

File attached.

How are you referencing the value in the email body?

Attached is the blank.php template. When checkbox name was JobOps, it was referenced the same in the template, but returned one result. When checkbox name was changed to JobOps[],the template returned 'array'. Then changed template name to 'JobOps[]' but returned no result.

use:

php:
<?php echo((isset($_POST["JobOps"]))?implode(", ",$_POST["JobOps"]):""?>
