Email has stopped functioning and doesn't function on any new forms when submitted either.

I had an old form that I created a while back and the email was working fine, but the email has stopped functioning completely. I created a new, very basic form and tried to add the email functionality to the new form, but no emails are being sent when the new form is submitted either. I've attached the new form below.

Does it redirect to the 39750ZZ112X65C3.php page? (if not try changing the trigger in the email to use the button press)

Thanks for the quick response.
I did try changing the trigger to use the button press, but that didn't work. I've also noticed that I when i click to highlight the form to edit it using Webassist "Edit Form" I don't get that option at the bottom of dreamweaver in the properties section.

Remove the server name in your email object definition. Update line 15 of the waue_index_2.php file to:

$WA_MailObject = WAUE_Definition("","25","","","","");

also you never answered my question: Does it redirect to the page after?

It does redirect.
I've removed the server name and updated the waue_index_2.php but it still isn't working. Also, it is inserting the data in the database.

Ok, now it's sending email internally, but still doesn't send email to any email address of the company.

Is it possible that the email is sending but it is getting caught in your junk or spam folder? If you give me FTP access and a url for testing I can investigate further.

I figured it out. I installed a new webserver a few months ago and never added the IP address to the exchange relay connector. So all of my forms that sent outbound emails stopped working. I added the servers IP to the relay connector and now everything is working fine. Thanks for your help.
