checkout issue

hi I am using ecart the issue is when a customer chooses a product & that product has options for size etc on the checkout info passes through to paypals the size infor does not come through so i have to contact the customer to find out what size they wanted can you please help.

Please post FTP information and I can look into the code to see why the options aren't being passed.

i only want to use paypals so can the check out be as simple as possible for the customer

I updated the confirm.php page and the pp_confirm.php page to add the Colour, size, and engraving options to the name of the item when it is passed to paypal. That should address your needs.

when the user goes to the check out page http://www.sportsleisurewear.com/shopping%20cart.php can the user go straight to paypals instead of entering thier details address etc in the check page so that all this info will come from paypals to me as i find this will be a better user experience

Do you ever charge shipping? The shipping information is asked before you go to paypal so that shipping costs can be displayed based on region and the correct total can be calculated before going to paypal.

yes its a flat rate of £8.00 it is displayed on http://www.sportsleisurewear.com/shopping%20cart.php

If the shipping charge doesn't change based on the shipping address, then I guess the shipping form can be skipped for Paypal checkout. Would you like me to quickly update that for you?
