www.localhost !!! Browser error : ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. PowerCMS settings Domain problem.

Greetings.
I use PowerCMS from design extender.
I create websites on localhost and I upload them on the webserver when I'm done.
During a website's extra module development I replaced MySQL RDBMS with the one that existed on the webserver, without changing anything else in the website's structure. The WEBsite seems localy to function properly.
When I login to Localhost/My_Site/admin_cms/index.php the browser redirects me at www.localhost/admin_cms/index.php and I receive the following error: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.
I send attachments 2 screenshots, local and remote PowerCMS Settings.

I have never done a restore to RDBMS from the WEBserver to the localhost and probably that's the problem.
I would kindly ask for a quick reply because there are deadlines and I need to deliver the new module on my web application.

Thank you.
Sincerely,
Vangelis Demeslis

Can I get FTP access? That would allow me to debug and figure out what is going wrong.

Update that file so that it just has:

10/02/16 05:55:05

on the first line and delete the rest and see if that helps.

I'd really have to debug it to know for sure. Can you put it up to a live location and give me FTP access?

I'll need a URL where I can see the error and FTP access to debug it and I can figure out what is going wrong.

You can't see any problem on the live site.
The problem exists ONLY on my localhost after the restore of MySQL RDBMS from live to local.
The RDBMS somewhere has information from live WEBsite.
So i can't develop the new module 4 my customers.

Live URL: http://ismagnesia.gr
Sorry i can't give you access because the sencitives information of online payments module.

I can't diagnose what is wrong on your local without doing a screen sharing session to debug it.

The looping issue implies that there is a problem with Session storage on the localhost. I could see that problem if the login page redirects to the content page, but they don't share the same session so the contents page redirects you back to the login page but the login page has the session set so it redirects you to the content page and the infinite loop continues.
