Captcha code doesn't show after changed hosting

I changed hosting to GD. The captcha code on forms doesn't show now. The php version on server is 5.4 native. Is the code I have not compatible? or, how do I resolve this? The page is http://www.ventriloquistscottcapri.com/contactus%20-%20Copy%20[2].php. Thank you. Attached is the file

It looks like you haven't uploaded the file: /webassist/captcha/wavt_captchasecurityimages.php

Make sure to upload that file and it should work.

If it is there, then why do I see a 404 error when I browse to:
http://www.ventriloquistscottcapri.com/webassist/captcha/wavt_captchasecurityimages.php

It shouldn't give a 404 error if the file is there.

It was because the file name and the folder names e.g. '/fonts' changed to Capital letters 'WAVT_CaptchaSecurityImages' from 'wavt_captchasecurity' . No idea how, but it works once I fixed. thanks.
