files _mmServerScripts folder server model PHP-MySQL Try connect database using different server model

I've removed the connection scripts both within Dreamweaver and outside Dreamweaver. When I try to setup the database again the scripts are recreated and I'm back in the same loop. Where do I go from here?

This was a previously working connection but a disk crash and corrupt backup conspired to create this situation after a reinstall of CS6, and xampp.

It could be an issue with your server settings. Potentially the url you have specified. If you send me your exported site definition I can set up the site and test it to see where the problem is.

Site export

Thanks Ray. The export is attached. Even though the database shows no tables live preview works as expected on pages already created but there is no way to access to make changes.

Do you have your local xampp server running?

Can you browse to the site with the url: http://localhost/KShopB/

I can't really test it since you are using a local testing server and the problem is likely with your local testing server not running.

Update

Thanks Ray you replied before I made changes to my reply. As you will see the server is running to give me a live preview but I'm not able to set up or edit a database. Hope this helps. I'm quitting for the day now as it's late here.

Do you have another site set up with the same root folder? That can cause issues like this one. Do you get a warning when you edit your site definition that says the folder is used by another site?
