A few users have been reporting crashes recently with form builder. Mostly on Mac and mostly with CS6. I'm not sure why this has been cropping up more recently. I'm looking into techniques to fix the problem in a future release but I don't have much to go on in terms of the cause.

Some users have reported that taking time between clicks prevents the crashing.

You have a send mail option in the final tab of the form builder, but if you have already built the form just use the WebAssist->Create Email Message menu option to send email from an existing form.
