Starting Dynamic Site with CSS templates

I have purchased the dynamic suite for Dreaweaver and am using MAMP
Macintosh/Apace/MySQL/PHP using Mac OSX 10.4.11 Adobe Dreaweaver CS3

1) I have read User Guide and completed the Dynamic Cart tutorial page 5-67

2) I completed Recipe 2 p34-90 for the Database Sales Tax & Shipping tutorial

3) I completed the Database Starter Kit for PHP - Flash Tutorial

4) I have read the pdf for creating & applying Dreaweaver templates

5) Now I would like to start my dynamic site using the Mohab / Slate CSS template
? Do you have step by step guide you can provide me that would help me get this started?
? Are their standard checkout.php, recordset.php, shoppingcart.php etc files that I can use as a template
Thanks for any assitance!

The best way to go about this would be to have your template created pages ready, then apply the lessons learned from the tutorials and recipes to create your new dynamic store in these files. The closest thing to a template for the pages would be the getting started guide example site which could help you to create a basis for these pages. I would not suggest using these pages for you own store though since they were created only to be an example and will likely not cover all the things that you would like to accomplish. You would really be better off creating the store from scratch using your own template files.
