captcha letters aren't visible

When I uploaded the simple contact form with CAPTCHA to my client's website, the text on the CAPTCHA does not appear.

Did you upload the entire captcha folder? Do they have freetype enabled in their GD library? Create a page with this on it:

<?php
phpinfo();
?>

Then send me the url to that page and I'll look to see if the necessary components are installed. But make sure the whole webassist/captcha folder and sub-folders are uploaded as well.

Thanks for the info! I researched and the font file was not uploaded. It still doesn't work, but I need to take some time and make sure all the other files were uploaded correctly, in case this is the problem. I will check this first before taking your time. Thanks.
