selecting a product category redirects to my registered domain. But i cannot signin with my domain. How can I get only one domain being used?\

You need to purchase and install an SSL certificate in order to use your domain on secured pages such as login and checkout. You can purchase one from us by selecting the menu item: Web Apps->SSL Certificates
