I am possibly interested in purchasing Ecart but i have a few questions before doing so.

1 - Is there a Tip/Gratuity option available during the checkout process?
2. my second question is regarding emails after purchase but is a bit more complex so i will give an example.

In this example I have a jewelry website with 3 separate manufactures. One for gold, one for silver and one for stainless steel. Customer number one orders one piece of gold so the gold manufacturer recieves an email about the gold piece while the silver and stainless steel manufactures do not receive an email of the order. customer number two orders one piece of gold and one piece of silver so the gold manufacture receives an email regarding the gold item, the silver manufacture receives an email of the silver item and the stainless steel receives no email.

I'm assuming it is possible for me to send an email of the order to one person but is this above example possible to do depending on the item that was purchased that, that information be sent to them while the other information not.)

Thanks for your reply in advance.

Best Regards,
Christian OKeefe

1) Tip/Gratuity would be easy to add through the additional charges tab
2) Sending multiple emails to multiple suppliers is a bit more difficult. I have done it before, but it isn't a built in feature, so it takes a little hand-coding to pull off. This is something we could easily show you how to do in a 1 hour premier support ticket if you weren't comfortable writing the PHP yourself.
