I was following on : http://www.webassist.com/tutorials/Manage-relational-tables

I added same feature in my edit page. It shows the existing selected from DB(relationaltable)
After submitting form i m receiving error lik this:
Notice: Undefined index: ID in /***/edit-lockout-point.php on line 126

Notice: Undefined index: ID in /***/edit-lockout-point.php on line 218
Column 'LOPID' cannot be null

I added this before update records : <?php $_GET['ID'] = $row_LockoutPointDetails['ID']?>

Now i m getting following error after submitting form as : Column 'LOPID' cannot be null

Change your form action to: action=""

You are depending on the $_GET['ID'] value for your insert and by not having it in the form action that value won't exist after the form submit.

By clearing the action and making it blank it will forward the ID from the url that you use to visit the page in the first place.
