Email notifications on form submit

Email notifications on form submit

I am just trying to use an email behaviour in a page that should be the same as one that works in another page, but it doesn't seem to be sending.

I'm currently unable to open the server behaviour panel to edit / check, so am trying to recreate it using the code from the other page.

Details below and file below...

You have an insert and redirect above that might be causing the email code below to not run. Remove the redirect from the insert and only redirect after the email is sent.

Thanks Ray - didn't seem to fix it unfortunately.

I tested the SQL by echoing out the email addresses (lines 394-396) to make sure the SQL was pulling through the Lodge_ID_Number correctly, and that looked OK.

Hi Ray - I had a go at recreating it from scratch, but still does't seem to be sending the emails. I have attached the new page below.

I created a test page that sends just to me using the same settings and I got the email. Is it possible it is getting spam blocked.

I noticed your Insert has the redirect again. It may be redirecting before it can send.

Thanks Ray - missed taking out that redirect on the new index101.php page, but have now and they still don't look like they are sending.

I don't think anything is blocked, because they send and arrive pretty much instantly when sent from another page.

Details below, and have attached a copy of the page which does work.

What is a working username and password so I can test the live page?

Your recordset isn't getting filtered properly. I've added echo(), var_dump(), and die() statements to demonstrate the issue. It isn't a problem with the email I don't think... I think it is an issue with how you are filtering the recordsets to get the email recipients.

Thanks Ray - not sure what's up then. Looking at the page it looks as though the query is correct, as the correct email addresses for that query on that page are echoed correctly?

If the query returns the correct records, what might the problem be with the filter that is preventing those email addresses being picked up by UE?
