I have a RapidSSL order in...

...for twotimingtart.com; I need to enter a CSR to complete my order, but where there's meant to be a CSR to cut & paste from CafeCommerce, all I have is the place to enter the finished certificates, no CSR listed. Where do I go from here?

I've updated that page to display the CSR

The page did reset. I'm PMing with an issue that came up in conjunction.

If you click the upgrade certificate button it will generate a new csr.

It is still generating a CSR for the defunct subdomain, vs the top level of the domain, no matter how many times I refresh the CSR.

What domain do you want it to use? It should be using the domain that you entered as your site domain on that same page.

If you associate a different name with your account it should use that domain. Right now it should use: twotimingtart.com. What domain is it using?

I want it to use twotimingtart.com, but it's coming up as shop.twotimingtart.com (which is now nonexistant). I've tried to (re)associate twotimingtart.com with it, but it still coming up as shop.twotimingtart.com with the CSR.

I've updated the CSR. Please try again.

I installed the certificate. Now it's saying there's a common name mismatch and it is still showing as defaulted to shop.twotimingtart.com. This is AFTER using the new CSR that said specifically "twotimingtart.com" when I was installing it as the domain issued. So right now, I've paid for TWO SSL certificates; one of which is installed to a subdomain that doesn't exist and seems to be taking over everything, and one for a domain that won't recognize that it is a domain. I'm getting more than slightly frustrated at this point, no offense.

Please forward the certificate information for the new certificate to me and I'll get it installed.
