Dreamweaver CC Login Form

Hello aim having problems with the "Login User Behavior" under the server behaviors panel. I have everything set up right and when i go to test my login form, it just refreshes the page. It doesn't take me to my redirect on success, or the page redirect if login fails. The only thing that happens when i click login is it just refreshes my page.

Any ideas?

There are no server behaviors applied to this page. Maybe you sent me the wrong page? You need to open and apply the Login User server behavior and connect it to your database.
