Toolbars disappeared...Current version: 1.2.1

I'm using version 1.2.1 and my client just mentioned that the toolbars have disappeared. Any ideas?

We recently updated the version of ckeditor and it uses a different theme. You may need to update the theme references on your pages to match if they got out of sync somehow.

If you give me FTP access I can check your files and let you know what needs to be updated.

Thanks. Please see PM. Although I have the latest version installed, I haven't updated the site in a couple of years. So, what's on the server is older, FYI.

What is the url to the site so I can see the issue?

You will need access to the admin area. See PM, please.

There is some sort of strange permissions settings preventing the editor from displaying.

Check the url in the private area. Have your ISP look into it and see if they can correct the issue. I believe once that page displays the editor will also display properly.
