How do I migrate my copy of CSS Menu writer from Dreamweaver CS6 to CC 2015?

I've finally started using DreamWeaver CC 2015 and want to migrate extensions over. I do not see how to get the new Extension Manager to find the extensions that are in Extension Manager CS6.

Adobe dropped support for the Extension Manager. You can use this free third party solution from DMXZone to install extensions: http://www.dmxzone.com/go/22670/dmxzone-extension-manager-for-dreamweaver/

Thank you Mr. Borden for the answer regarding migrating CSS Menu Writer to DreamWeaver CC 2015. I do have the DMXzone extension manager and used it for some DMXzone extensions. How do I use the program to find and install CSS Menu Writer though?
Thanks,.

I'm afraid CSS Menu Writer isn't supported in CC 2015, you would have to upgrade to Design Extender, which includes menu writer.

At that point you can download the .zxp file from our site and install it directly using the DMXZone extension manager.
