Login Cookies

How do you set up the login page to encrypt the password cookie that it sets? The passwords are being stored in the cookies as plain text when a user select to "Remember the login" yet they are encrypted with SHA1 in the database. My login page is attached. Does this require hand-coding?

On line 43 you encrypt the cookie as it is stored like:
setcookie("RememberMePWD", "".((isset($_POST["Log_In_group_2_Password"]))?WA_SHA1Encryption($_POST["Log_In_group_2_Password"]):"") ."", time()+(60*60*24*30), "/", "", 0);

Then on line 78 you don't encrypt it any more when comparing in the database since it is already encrypted in the cookie like:
"columnValues" => explode($WA_Auth_Separator,"".((isset($_COOKIE["AutoLoginUN"]))?$_COOKIE["AutoLoginUN"]:"") ."".$WA_Auth_Separator."".((isset($_COOKIE["AutoLoginPWD"]))?$_COOKIE["AutoLoginPWD"]:"") .""),
