New iMac 27 OS X 10.10.5 DW CC 2015
Updating various plug-ins through DMXzone Extension Manager and attempted to use any aspect of DataBridge so as to input the serial number and got the error.
Quit, removed cache file, retried, no change. Reset Workspace Layout, quit, tossed cache, no change.

I thought i had, but will do and get back if necessary. Need I remove the existing version before installation?
