is there an zxp version of this add-on? Adobe changes their support

Yes, we have both .mxp and .zxp versions available for download from your download center for all current products.

The newest CC version no longer supports the Extension Manager at all, you will have to use a third party extension manager. I've found the free one from DMXZone works pretty well: http://www.dmxzone.com/go/22670/dmxzone-extension-manager-for-dreamweaver/
