Customer receipt randomly provides incorrect download url for 1 product. The address that is being provided incorrectly goes to our free sample and shows as: https://dpllconline.com/webassist/plugins/shopping_cartview_downloads.php. This directs customers to a 404 page not the page to download the file. What is going on? How do I fix it? All other issues direct to a url that is for the download page (https://dpllconline.com/view_downloads.php). Only this one issue, v09i4:The Scale Cabinetmaker, a Journal for Miniaturists, is showing the different url (https://dpllconline.com/webassist/plugins/shopping_cartview_downloads.php) and going to the 404 page.

I'll need to reproduce the problem to debug it. Can you forward me the email with the bad link? Also can I get the username and password from the site with the active order? Please make sure to include steps to reproduce any problem and view the incorrect links and I'll make sure to get it corrected.

The problem only occurred when customers ordered that one item alone. Whenever they ordered multiple items and included the 9-4 freebie, the link worked fine.
