Installation successful for all except MySQLi

I recently purchased super suite. I have managed to install and activate all components except MySQLi. I am running DW CC2015 on MacOS El Capitan.
The secondary installer ran successfully - the 3step window that pops-up when you first open DW. When I restart DW, the menu items don't appear. I have tried several things:
+ Deleting the .dat cache file
+ reinstalling the depreciated server behaviours panel
+ when i list my extensions using the cmd line extension manager it shows MySQLi as Enabled

Please help. Thanks

The MySQLi server behaviors don't appear in that menu. They are in the Server Behaviors menu. Try clicking the plus button from the Server Behaviors menu and select WebAssist->MySQLi... I think it is probably installed correctly.
