Once a form is initially created how do you add a field, or add validations ...

I thought I'd jump in and duplicate a form that I had previously done using Spry validations in DW. I used a clean page and created just the form in form builder, but afterwards realized I forgot a few fields like repeat email address and repeat password. Using Spry, you can ensure the two fields match through validation (email plus repeat email matches, etc.).

a) can validations be done similar to what is done using Spry?

b) how do you add validations to existing form fields that have been created previously using Form Builder or Security Assist?

c) how do you use Form Builder with a form that was created using Security Assist to add a CAPTCHA field?

The only way I've seen using an existing form was to click in the form and then use Insert->Form Builder which tries to insert a new form using a wizard. I don't want to insert a new form, I just want to modify what's already there.

thanks,

steve

We have some great resources that explain how to edit an existing form as well as a Getting Started Guide that goes over how to make use of the new features of this tool.

The validations are applied with our client or server side validations wizard, you can apply this from within the Form Builder interface or from the Insert > WebAssist > CSS Form Builder menu.

Here is a link to the support page, the editing forms how to is in the How To section, the getting started also has some great info.
