Checkout error after transfer to permanent host

I do development in a testbed server. Everything was working fine there. I have backed up and transferred the database and switched all references to the test server to the permanent host. When I tried to do a test purchase I got to the return to pp_confirm.php step:

https://pipedreamsmanufacturing.com/pp_confirm.php?token=EC-95793671FY479503R&PayerID=T76AJEYTQR6DE

and got the error in the attached image.

The SSL has been put on this domain.

I had a similar problem when testing on the testbed because there wasn't an SSL there. You had me change https to http in the two calls to the return pages and the test worked fine then. I just tried the same thing tonight and was able to get a confirmation on the purchase.

It looks like SSL is not installed properly on your live server. I get an SSL error when I try to view that page.
