Trouble with Search feature

Hi,

I've used WebAssist's MySQLi extension to update my entire site. I'm now working on my Search page, which allows people to search our database for other members. It's fairly simple but I'm getting an error message that won't allow the page to be displayed in a browser. The error message is:

WARNING!!
Error in the Advanced Search extension
The clause FROM in the sql is missing!

I'm not sure what this means. I hope someone can look through the code in the attached file and spot the error. Thank you.

Gail

That isn't our code... that is from another extension provider.
