Every once in a while, while working in Dreamweaver and attempting to access my eCart object using the wizard, I get prompted to enter my serial number to verify the product. I have done this now twice and am being locked out of the wizard because a limit on registration has been met. Is this a glitch with my eCart installation or some sort of problem with my registration on your end? Can this be easily fixed or can my limit on activations be removed? I am only able to set up sale codes for the cart on my store using the wizard, as I have not set it up as a database driven discount code. Right now, I cannot use the WebAssist software for this. Help?
