Unable to use PowerMessenger on hosting plan. You are using a version of MySQL too old. Networksolutions refuses to downgrade my database from

I mailed this request on the 23rd and I have not received an answer, as of today, oct. 28..

I have tried installing Power Messenger. And failed.

Do you have a newer version of the product?
If not, can I be reimbursed since I am unable to use it?

Here is the reason: my hosting provider does NOT support such OLD versions of MySql database.

Following the instructions, I created a database, but the installation kept signaling errors:
Unknown storage engine 'MyISAM'
It seems that: MyISAM is a storage engine for MySQL that is version 5.5 or older.
My new database is running version 5.6.0
I contacted NetworkSolutions to see if something could be done.
I was told that they are at version 5.6.0 and there is no way of downgrading to an older version.
Plus, they would not recommend it for security issues.

Please let me know if you have a newer version or you will issue a reimbursement.

OCTOBER 28
I checked and saw that you have considered that I have installed it on customer-website. That is not the case, since the installation failed.
Can you reset this so I can try on another site, where I have an old version of MySQL?

I tried locally, it does not work either, I have installed cURL, but I keek getting error:
cURL is not installed. Contact your hosting provider to have cURL installed.

As you can see, I am open to solutions.
Please get back to me asap.

I think you could just open the file: install_gallery/scripts/db.sql

and do a find and replace to replace "MyISAM" with "innodb" or whatever Engine you want to use for the database. Then run the installation wizard again and it should work.
