upload file

Having trouble with file upload. Attempted to follow solutions in Help Forum but not having any luck
page in question is http://shibumioz.com/2pages.php
and the result page is results_2pages.php.
The indication is that everything is working as it should,
however there is no file inserted into the designated folder http://shibumioz.com/Uploaded_files/

Have you checked the permissions on the upload folder? Please attach a copy of the file in question so I can take a look at the code to see if it looks correct.

That looks correct. The next thing to check is the php page where you have applied the server behavior to see if there is a problem there. Can I see a copy of that page?

It is much easier for me to read if you attach a copy of the file itself and don't copy and paste its content.

It looks like the issue is in the upload folder you have specified for the file upload. You have:

'UploadFolder' => "http://shibumioz.com/Uploaded_files/",

and it should probably be:
'UploadFolder' => "Uploaded_files/",

When you are ready for me to look at it again, please attach the full .php page as an attachment to a reply and I'll open it with Dreamweaver and have a look.
