Shipping Error

Sire was working. Now it's getting the following error at checkout.

Transaction Not Completed
We're sorry
Your transaction could not be completed due to a problem occurring while calculating shipping.

Please return to checkout and try again, or contact us.

Put the site in debug mode and you should be able to see more information about why the error is occurring. If you give me FTP access I can debug it directly.

I just made a purchase and it went through. Please refund and cancel it as soon as you can.

It looks like you have removed the shipping rule, so I can't reproduce the problem. I'd have to see the error to fix it.

shipping rule

I purchased a few grip sticks, rosin bags and 2 cold sticks as a test. Once I went to submit the info after I signed in it gave me the error as well as another client earlier today that complained.

I'll have purchase cancelled for you asap.

I see... I'm able to reproduce the problem once I add all of those items.... I'll debug it and let you know what the issue is when I get it fixed.

I see.... you have a custom shipping rule and it requires a max weight be entered. I've updated it and it appears to be working properly now.
