Download registered users as a CSV

Download registered users as a CSV

Recently I did a premier support to set up a function to download the registered users as a CSV file. And it works great! I'm trying to set it up the same way for another client by copy what we did in the premier support. Everything seems to be working except the CSV file is downloading the information from the database. So all I'm getting it a CSV file with the headers. I will attach the file with the hope that you can see what I'm doing wrong.

Thanks,

On line 6 are you referring to a database connection that exists in this site? Usually it would have the connection name "PowerCMSConnection" and not the reference you have here "db540..."
