Error in applyFBSBS

I'm trying to create security assist pages, but I keep getting the error shown in the attached screenshot. I'm using the Power CMS V2 Users preset and the only change I made was adding sha1 encryption to the password. Any idea what's going on?

Are you starting with a blank page? It may have something to do with the existing userupdate.php page if there is one.

I started with a blank page and there wasn't an existing userupdate.php page.

It isn't happening for me. Do you have the latest version of Data Bridge? I'd probably have to set up a screen sharing session to debug this with you since I can't reproduce it. If you post a US phone number or Skype contact information I can call you and do screen sharing to debug it with you.

Disregard. I ran it on my other system at home and it worked fine. Must be something with my other machine or install.
