while executing onLoad error.

Getting the following error when trying to open insert record behaviour:

while executing onLoad in WAAB_insert_SBV3.htm, the following Javascript error(s) occurred: In file "WAAB_insert_SBV3": initializeUI is not defined.

Any ideas?

Clear your file cache .dat file out of your Dreamweaver configuration folder with dreamweaver closed. That is the typical error from an out of sync cache file in DW.
