Error stating Power CMS only available in PHP pages

When I attempt to Add Content to Power CMS, I get an error popup stating that Power CMS is only available for PHP pages in PHP sites. I am working with PHP files. I get the same error on a new site and one for which I already have Power CMS set up. I've tried adding the content in DW 2015 and 2014 and receive the same error. See the attached screen print. I'm anxious to resolve this issue. Thanks.

I answered my question. I keep forgetting to switch from Live View to Design View. I'm good for now. Thanks.
