Not sure but not working

I have done this 100 times before but for some reason its not working on my page; please help.

It is a conflict with the: jquery.easydropdown.js

That is converting your select lists into UL / LI tags and removing the onchange event. That will prevent the dynamic dropdowns code from running, and from working if it did run.

I could help convert the code to work in a premier support ticket.
