PayPal Express Checkout - How to edit cancel transaction link

We have Express Checkout setup with our web-site - lease-assn.org, which Ray might remember helping us with a few months ago. When the web-site is directed to the PayPal pages, at the bottom of the pages is a 'Cancel transaction and return to site' link. I am wanting to edit this link but can not find where this is. I appreciate this is not directly a WA issue but if anyone knows the answer It would be a great help?

On the confirm.php page you will find it in the server code on top of the page.

You can find the line:
$WA_PP_ECO_Set_params[0][$nextIndex] = "CancelURL";

and see the url where is is set in the line below.
