"Please bind at least one column..."

"Please bind at least one column..."

I think I'm missing a "Next" button or something in the Insert Record behavior screen. I'm getting a pop up requesting that I "Please bind at least one column value in order to continue." I thought there was a tab or a "Next" button that would allow me to bind my columns but I don't see anything I can do on this screen. Please see attachment - a capture of the screen.

There are supposed to be tabs on the top of the page that let you navigate from page to page. Please try reinstalling the latest version of the extension and I think this issue will be resolved.
