DELETE button in results page created by DataAssist

Used DataAssist to create multiple management pages for a database table. After creation I decided to add a DELETE button to my results page. I can not get it to work. It does not produce the confirmation screen when it is clicked. I have compared the PHP file to another table's results PHP file and can not determine the problem. I'm pretty new at this so its probably something simple but it is escaping me what the problem is.

On line 270 you have to change the syntax slightly since it uses a text field and not the typical numeric ID field.

On line 270 update to:
onclick="document.getElementById('WADADeleteRecordID').value='<?php echo($row_WADAcaduser['UserName']); ?>';document.getElementById('deleteBox').style.display = 'block';document.getElementById('deleteMessage').style.display = 'table';" />

I just added quotes around the name value.
