Did you open a web page on your site and run the secondary webassist installer? That needs to happen in order to install a few more files that the extension manager doesn't add by itself.

If you continue to have problems, post a US phone number or Skype contact information and I'll call to look into this with you further.

The secondary webassist installer will run automatically after you install the extension from the extension manager and open a web page in dreamweaver.

Just install the extension with extension manager, then open any web page and it should pop up.
