MySQL server has gone away

This has happened twice now recently and both times it has corresponded with Webassist's site being unreachable. It appears that my site needs to verify it's registration to your product every time and when it can not it gives this error? Why do I need to verify each time and especially if it can result in this issue? When I can not reach your site I get "MySQL server has gone away". I am using PowerCMS with this site. Thank you.

It should only be checking our site once a month. If you give me FTP information for the site I can look into it to make sure it is communicating properly.

You don't have a valid serial number entered for this site.

It will keep trying to verify until it is entered correctly, then it will start only doing it once per month.

Enter a valid serial and it will work as expected. I've done that for you, so you should be ok now.
