Javascript error message on open of new installation dreamweaver cc 2015

I get the following error when I open a new installation of dreamweaver cc 2015 on a laptop which is running Windows 10.
At line 168 of file
"C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CC 2015\en_US\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\Library\WA_XML.js":XML string has no properties

I have deleted the WinFileCache.dat file and I have verified that there is nothing in the Memento/Notifications folder.
