Captcha validation not working / UE function is not working

Hi,
I am building a contact page (01.php) and having two issues.

1. Captcha validation is only validated as texts. So whatever you type in it takes you to the confirm page (02.php).
I want to have the Captcha validation, where do I go and how can I change it?

2. I added Universal Email function on 02.php, but no email is sent to anybody after uploading files.

Thank you for your help,
Rika

It looks like it should work... if you give me FTP information and a URL to test it I can debug it further, but there are no obvious problems I can spot in the files.

Hi Ray,
Thank you. For #2 it seems it's working. Somehow it took such a long time to get the confirmation email.

For #1 it is not working still, but now if I type a wrong texts for captcha validation no error message but the form doesn't get sent.
I didn't think this was the case when I was working on it yesterday, I could be wrong. But anyway, the validation is still not working.

FTP info is in the private message.

I fixed the validation issue. You had some code out of place and repeated on the 01.php page and the redirect for the failed server validation had to add ?invalid=1 to the url.

Ok so now it validates properly. Thank you.

My next question is: if the invalid texts are entered for the captcha validation then submit the form, all the entered info is cleared.
How can I have entered info remained still after it's validated as invalid?

Hope I'm making a sense to you.

It looks like you removed the ?invalid=1 from the server redirect that I had added in the previous thread. I added it back and it now retains the previously entered values.

Oops, I didn't mean to delete it, I must have pasted another file over the one you fixed.
Thank you for checking it. It's working fine now.
