Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in

I'm returning to this web site. Other files searchable in the database still work.

A search produces results of database info, including a link to the music file.

Previous files all work fine. the newly added song "Mama," does not and produces a warning. I've tried re-uploading the web assist folder. The problem persists. (Coincidentally, I had a problem logging in with previous registrations —is that a clue?)

Receiving this warning:
Warning: require_once(../webassist/security_assist/helper_php.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/affinity/public_html/cat/weathers/Mama.php on line 1

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '../webassist/security_assist/helper_php.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/affinity/public_html/cat/weathers/Mama.php on line 1

Please give guidance.

Looks like the path is wrong on: /cat/weathers/Mama.php

it should probably be:

either that or you didn't upload the file: /webassist/security_assist/helper_php.php

Thanks! I Got it to work.

I had two templates for the sound sample PHP page.

The one that started off with the following lines 1 through 6 gave the problem:

<?php require_once( "../webassist/security_assist/helper_php.php" ); ?>
if (!WA_Auth_RulePasses("VerifiedUser")){
